Astound Broadband customers can now reach customer support through a variety of channels, including live chat, Twitter, Facebook, phone, and email. The company encourages customers to use the live chat feature on its website for the fastest response times.
Live chat is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM and on weekends from 10 AM to 6 PM. Customers can also reach support through Facebook Messenger and Twitter direct messages.
"We are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience," said an Astound Broadband spokesperson. "By offering multiple contact options, we make it easier for our customers to get the help they need, when they need it."
